POTENTIAL SPOILERS WARNING FOR INDIANA JONES 5 COMING SOON. As Harrison Ford’s fifth and final outing as his archaeologist adventurer shoots in Glasgow, fans still don’t know what the movie is about. Well, the Indiana Jones 5 set photos gave us some clues, including an interesting magical artifact.
In a group of set photos, Ford was captured dressed in Indy with digital aging dots on her face.
He was accompanied by Toby Jones in an unknown role, holding a mysterious object.
Rumors have circulated that Indiana Jones may have something to do with a statue linked to the Greek personification of time, Chronos.
And according to the trusted and proven sources of Giant Freakin Robot, we are looking at a time travel plot.

Now, it’s not clear if the magical Macguffin in Indiana Jones 5 is the one seen in photos from the set.
But insiders at the outlet claim that Indy will hunt a stone (a Chronos stone?) That will power a time machine built by the Nazis.
With that in mind, maybe the scenes with Ford and the ones set in WWII aren’t flashbacks, but time travel?
What we do know is that Indiana Jones 5 is mostly set in 1969 thanks to stills from the set featuring the New York ticker parade to welcome the Apollo 11 astronauts.
Alongside Ford, Mikkelsen and Jones, Phoebe Waller-Bridge plays an unknown role.
The film also features Boyd Holbrook and Antonio Banderas, while John Williams returns as a songwriter.
Additionally, Marion star Karen Allen and Sallah actor John Rhys-Davies have shyly played their involvement in the film in recent interviews.
Indiana Jones 5 will be released in theaters on July 28, 2022.
